Refunds
The short version
If your tiles were not uncovered, you get your money back in full. If they were uncovered, they cannot be un-uncovered and sold to somebody else, so the sale stands. Write to us either way and you will get an answer.
Delivery is immediate
Tiles are uncovered within seconds of a successful payment, and a payment that is not fulfilled on the spot is picked up by a sweep that runs every ten minutes. If more than an hour has passed and your tiles have not appeared, that is a failure on our side and it is refunded in full.
Duplicate or accidental payments
Paid twice by accident, or paid and immediately regretted it? Write within twenty-four hours and it is refunded, no argument.
How to ask
Email hola@ranuk.dev from the address you paid with, or include the receipt number Stripe sent you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take five to ten days to appear, which is Stripe and your bank, not us.
